The name “Kingfish” holds unmistakable respect in the music industry. Carrying the torch of tradition into this era, Kingfish is a musician who describes his sound as the classic Delta blues blended with contemporary rock. His entrance into the music scene was originally through the compelling live performances he put on as a teen, which would only become more refined over the next decade of his career.

At not even thirty years old, he’s already made lifetime-level achievements and collaborated with artists across different genres of music. As of January 2026, his public plans are to continue the second half of his “Hard Road Tour,” and perform on the Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise.

Christone “Kingfish” Ingram is a GRAMMY Award-winning blues guitarist and vocalist from Clarksdale, Mississippi. His passion for music began at a young age, growing up next to a club where local bands played live. He mentions his participation in the music education program at the Delta Blues Museum as another childhood inspiration. Taking influence from artists like Jimi Hendrix and Muddy Waters, he started performing in his teenage years at clubs and house parties, rapidly growing in popularity.

Now 27 years old, he’s been nominated for three GRAMMYs, winning for Best Contemporary Blues Album in 2022. One year later he would continue his winning streak as Contemporary Blues Male Artist of the Year at the Blues Music Awards. As of today, he has five albums in his discography including Hard Road, the album which his current tour is named after. His next release will be a feature on “Paying The Cost To Be The Boss,” the first track of artist Joe Bonamassa’s anticipated tribute album, B.B. King’s Blues Summit 100.

Kingfish is heading into this year booked with the next stage of his “Hard Road Tour,” which includes stops in Australia, New Zealand, and across Europe. He’s also set to perform at the Savannah Music Festival in April. Beyond 2026, reportedly his goal is to continue connecting the younger generations with the time-honored genres of rock and roll and the blues.
