"a well kept secret"

In 2021, drummer Matt Cameron of Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, bass guitarist/accordionist Krist Novoselic of Nirvana, guitarists Kim Thayil of Soundgarden and Jon "Bubba" Dupree of Void, and vocalists Jillian Raye and Jennifer Johnson all joined together and formed the band 3rd Secret. Wow! There is so much talent and history amongst these musicians!

Some of these musicians played together in other bands. For example, Jillian Raye and Novoselic played together in the band Giants in the Trees, while Cameron and Dupree played together in Hater. The talent amongst these folks is not only pure skill but also truly amazing.

3rd Secret released their first album on April 11, 2022. This was a self-titled album. It has 11 songs on it that include "Rhythm Of The Ride," "I Choose Me," "Last Day Of August," and "Lies Fade Away." "I Choose Me" was released as a single from this album.

The next album the band released was titled The 2nd 3rd Secret. This album was released on June 22, 2023. Tracks off this album are "Reckless Room," "State Of Mind," and "Climb Aboard." There are 10 songs on this latest release. How exciting is it that Julian and Krist are on the cover of this LP!
