Southern California blues rock powerhouse Robert Jon & The Wreck continues to build momentum with the release of their new EP “Old Man”, out now via Joe Bonamassa's Journeyman Records. Released September 19, 2025. The four-track collection pulls standout cuts from the band's acclaimed ninth studio album “Heartbreaks & Last Goodbyes.”

Formed in Orange County in 2011, Robert Jon & The Wreck have carved out a devoted following with their fusion of blues infused riffs, soaring harmonies, and road-worn storytelling. The bands latest album “Heartbreaks & Last Goodbyes”, was released August 22, 2025. Writers have praised the album as a career pinnacle, blending classic rock tones and vibes with deeply personal narratives drawn from the band's relentless touring life. The EP serves as a perfect window into the band for newcomers and gives longtime fans a new angles on the album's emotional core and the bands story.

Both the album and EP where produced by Grammy winning engineer Sam Clear and mixed by Noah Shain, “Old Man” brings fans into the story and showcases some of the bands sharpest songs off the record, setting the band up with a road-trip-ready package. Fans can stream the EP on all major platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify, where it's already climbing playlists alongside singles like "Highway" and "Keep Myself Clean."

As “Heartbreaks & Last Goodbyes” sends the band into their next chapter, Robert Jon & The Wreck have announced an extensive UK tour in April 2026, promising performances that bring the album and EP's fire to the stage. "We're pouring our souls into this music, and the road is where it all comes alive," says Burriss. Robert Jon & The Wreck are known for their southern sound and incredible performance, bringing back a old 70s southern vibe and even breaking out into jams and extended solos.
